As an admin, can I assign other users to "watch" a list?

We use a live action list of "Open Issues" that technicians need to be notified as cards are created. Technicians need to manually "watch" the "Open Issues" list in order to be notified. Is there a way to automate their account to watch this list, so that they dont have to manually do this? They often forget. Thanks

Hey @Carter Irons! You could create an automation command that automatically subscribes them to their cards randomly or based on an Automation command. Here's an example of an Automation command that assigns the card to the user who moved the card to a different list:

when a card is moved into list "Backlog" by anyone, add member @{username} to the card

You could try to create a workflow around this type of Automation command to automatically assign your cards (tasks) to your colleagues, which will automatically make them watch the cards and receive all notifications related to the card. I hope this helps, Carter.

I acutally already have that enabled. They can claim a card, but I need a way for them to "watch" the entire list automatically, so that they are notified when new cards are created.
