Today I created several workspace views in table format and applied a filter (to show a specific label). I saved the view, renamed it, and set it to 'workspace visible'. My colleagues can see that these views exist, but when they access them, they do not see the applied filter. What could be the problem?
@Nataša Bojić Milovanović so when your colleagues view the workspace views, they just see an unfiltered view with all cards displayed? The filters should be retained for everyone, so if what you see differs from what others see, that sounds like a potential bug that could be worth messaging the support team about: https://trello.com/contact#/
Yes, some members see all the cards without any filters applied, while others see only the cards with label I filtered. So now I am confused about what the expected result should be... :)

The expected behavior is for everyone to see the same filtered results. I'd reach out to Trello support and maybe attach some snapshots of what the different members see when looking at the workspace view.

Yes, I did the same, except I didn't share it because it's set to workspace visible. I'll check again in the fee next days, with few more new views, and i'll see if I need to conntact support again... Thank you so much!

I'm not sure if you understood me. I expected that when I, as an admin, apply a filter and save it, others would see the filter applied as well. But in reality, that’s not the case. Some see the filter applied, while others see all the cards and then have to apply the filter themselves. Only after they apply the filter, i.e., select the label related to that project, then they see the filtered view. So, it’s not automatic after my setup, but manual on their side.
I wrote to Trello support, and if I understood them correctly, they told me that everyone has to filter for themselves.

Ok, that's strange. This is what I did to test it - let me know which part I'm not understanding:
1. Create new "Test View"
2. Set it to "workspace visible"
3. Set the filter to show cards from two boards, and only cards with the red label (there are many cards without a red label)
4. Save view
This is what I see on my end:
5. Share URL of workspace view with another workspace member.
This is what they see on their end:
