Anyone else can see the toggle bar at the bottom of Trello board?

There is no toggle bar at the bottom of the Trello board so I can move to the right to see my other lists

It looks like you're right, the scroll bar isn't visible in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge browsers until you start scrolling through lists using a touchpad or a mouse scroll wheel. In Safari, on the other hand, the scroll bar is constantly present at the bottom of the page. 

I’ve passed on the details of that bug to our development team so they can prioritize working on its fix, depending on the severity of the issue and the number of customers affected, among other criteria.

While I don't have an ETA on when a fix for the issue will be pushed, we will deploy it as soon as one is available.

In the meantime, I'd suggest you either use Safari to scroll through your lists or try using a touchpad on a laptop or a mouse scroll wheel.
