Any thoughts on using trello for protocolling construction defects

Hi,

we are a property management and are using trello for many aspects yet. Mainly as a checklist to-do to minimize errors in steady mercantile processes for

Now we're looking for a solution to document our yearly inspection. The steps are each buliding the same: For each building there are main threads like roof or garage and inside these threads there should be a checklist system that asks me ie. if the roof is close or the roof drainage is free of items. If not we'd like to make a photo to a No in checklist. After haveing checked all the steps we'd like to export this inspection as a pdf and share with our owners or renters.

It would be great if you have any idea for us how to get something like above mentioned realized.
