Annual license for Trello and how to condence workspaces and delete boards

Somehow I have 3 annual licensed and only need one (I think). How do I condense that down to one license?  AND Somehow I have 3 different workspaces and only need one,  How do I condense the 3 workspaces into one AND How do I delete a board? I went to the training and it said to CLOSE the board and then delete but I do not have that option on the menu.  And, when I go into setting and board restriction deletions it doesn't give me the option to change it.   I sure could use some help.

Hi @Donna Wood ! Welcome to the community 😊 you'll need to move all your boards into one workspace and cancel the other two. See below:

If you're not able to do the last two, it sounds like you don't have the correct privileges. Are you the admin of the workspace?
