Since the last update, or change (whatever it was) the mobile Android app blocks access to my boards, because it "is not synchronized". All my students are also blocked out of their boards. I don't know how to resolve this. I find no sync option or button anywhere, nor can I find any documentation on this issue.
How can this be remedied?
