How much would this trello account cost and what plan is best?
We are a qualifying non profit so we get 75% off I believe. (NorthShoreRobotics.org)

We are using the free version of trello right now but we feel we may need to upgrade here is the idea.

Board members would need access to 5 board each.

Exec Director would need access to 10 boards

Marketing coordinator would need access to 5 boards.

1 board for event planning (Marketing, ED & Board members (9) so 11 people)
1 board for decisions for the board (Marketing, ED & Board members (9) so 11 people)
1 board for ED work (ED & Board board president & VP so 3 people)
5 boards (one for each Robotics coach) each board would need ED and 1 coach and 5-10 parents with view only access, some board members are parents)
1 board for coaches to collaborate (5 coaches and ED)
1 community outreach board (Marketing, ED & Board members (9) so 11 people plus 15 view only)
8 boards for each community outreach program (we have 5 active programs and 3 in planning phases (Marketing, ED & Board members (9), plus one for each outreach rep, so 12 people)

I am sure we would need more than this, we are considering teaching the kids trello so they would each need 1 board to work in and view access to their teams boards.
we are also growing so every you see that we have 5 coaches is minimum we may have as many as 10 coaches and team within the year.

We may need aboard just for our 5k run, and we also do a festival each year and likely need a board for that. so add another 2-5 boards for the events we do.(Marketing, ED & Board members (9) so 11 people)

Hi @boardpresident

Discounts:

If you haven't done so already, you'll need to apply to receive not-for-profit discounts.

See more information on this...

How Pricing Works:

If you need more than 10 collaborators (including Workspace Members, Guests, and Pending Invitations), you'll need a paid plan.

I'd recommend checking out the help page How billing works with Trello Premium and Standard, which will help you decide which users need to be paid, and which can be free.

In summary though...

  • Workspace Members and multi-board Guests are billable
  • Single-board Guests and single-board Observers are free

See more on board guests on this help page: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/board-guests/

Pricing:

You can see options here: https://trello.com/pricing

  • Standard:
    • Annual: $5/user/month
    • Monthly: $6/user/month
  • Premium:
    • Annual: $10/user/month
    • Monthly: $12.50/user/month

---

Estimates:

You can also get an estimate from within Trello, to give you an idea on what it would cost based on your current setup:

  1. Go to Trello's homepage
  2. On the left-hand side, open the settings options next to your Workspace ("v" icon)
  3. Select Settings
  4. Next, on the left-hand side select Workspace settings > Upgrade workspace
  5. Scroll to the bottom of each list; this will provide you pricing estimates (aside from Enterprise, you need to contact sales for this. There's a button on this screen to do that).
