Adding new user

Hello,

I am attempting to add a new user who happens to have the same email as an older user. It will not allow me to add them even though I have deleted the old users account. I have tried sending an invite to another email and using an SMTP email, both resulting in a page not found. Any idea how I can get my user added to Trello?

Thanks for reaching out!

Could you please let us know how you deleted the old user's account? Did you log into their account and delete it following the steps in 'Delete your Atlassian account'?

If so, when you request to delete an Atlassian account, the account will be deactivated for 14 days (in case you want to cancel the deletion), and then permanently deleted.

If 14 days have passed since you've requested to delete the account, please reach out at https://trello.com/contact so we can look into it further.
