Hi, I recently saw on a video for Blue Cat reports, the ability to add 'Clients' to the front of a Trello card. I wold love to know how to do this? Is this dropdown that you can create, where the people creating cards can then select customers. We need this so as we can attribute a number of cards to a customer, and to report by customer etc.
Also, Id like to know how to add other things to the front of Trello cards. eg for a tech support Board, how can we add 'Issue type' or something like this as a drop down for our team to select when creating new card?

I believe in this case you could use the power-up "Custom Fields"
With this power-up you can create CFs like dropdown, checkbox and etc...
You can also define if it will appear to the front of the card or not.
