Add date range to template card

Screenshot 2023-02-16 091429.pngHello all. I'd like to be able to add a date range to a template card that has a checklist within it. I have individual due dates associated with each checklist item, but I'm unable to add the overarching date range to the card.

I like to be able to see the range of the whole card on my calendar.

I see what you mean - to help clarify a bit, Template cards are designed to be Due date agnostic so that you can reuse them independently of the assigned date.

It looks like the due dates for Advanced checklists are still visible though, and I can see what that's not incredibly clear.

I think what I'd suggest is to convert that card back to a normal card. This will let you assign a Due and Start date to the card itself that could represent the date range. For example:

  • Start date = Feb 15
  • Due date = Feb 23

Then, you could put the card in a column and label it "Templates", or rename the card Recruit and Onboard Speakers - Template. Whatever works best for you!
