Add Button sometimes do not work (disappear) when a list have zero or one card only

Hi All. Odd behavior, but at random times over the last month or so, me and my team have noticed some odd trello behaviour on the Trello Client (Windows/Mac, Chrome) on multiple machines and multiple boards.

Sometimes when a list has only zero or one card in it and you press the '+ Add a card' button, instead of showing the regular textbox to enter a new card name + a button submit, the '+ Add a card' option disappears and bottom of the list if the header (if zero cards) or bottom of the single card in the list

If you could then try and make a card in another list it works as expected and you can then move that new card over to the troubled list where it then begins working again

Anyone else experience this issue?

I tried to reproduce it on the same environment  (On Windows, Chrome.. ) but so far I was not able to.. Maybe I did not notice this specific behavior but I the past I saw couple of times disappearing checklists or other elements. 

For me this looks like a odd bug.
