Activity field disappeared on one board.

The Activity part of the trello card has disappeared on my board only. I can no longer make any comments. Activity heading and Show/Hide details are no longer present on my trello cards. This is not the case on other members trello cards.

We have checked setting for Workspace editing and any members can edit and join the board. These are all ticked.

See below this is what the card looks like now.

This is what the card looked like yesterday with the Activity/ Show details heading below the Requirements heading. Trello cards on other boards still look like this below.

Could someone please help us to work out how to get this part of the card back on this board.

Hi @Madhukar Limbu, is it possible that this board is a template board? There would be a banner at the top of the board view with an indicator that it is, if so.

Snip below showing banner at the top of the board, this is been like this for sometime. This banner is the same on the other 3 trello boards and none of the trello cards are affected on those. It is only my board that changed yesterday afternoon.

@Madhukar Limbu Thanks for the update — I believe we've found the issue, and should have a fix going out for this in a few hours! Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you need an urgent workaround, converting your board back from a template to a regular board via the sidebar should help restore your activity section in the short term:

It's fixed now. Any idea what can we do at our end if Activity field goes missing and how to resolve the issue?

Thanks for coming back so quickly.

Yes this is ticked on the Commenting permission on the main user board and still cannot see the Activity.
