1. If I subscribe to Trello Premium, can I invite several free accounts to my workspace without having to add billing for each of them?

2. How can I limit the access of accounts within a card? For example, the accounts I invite should not be able to delete cards or create new ones.

Thanks,

1) you'll be charged for each member you invite to the premium workspace. you can subscribe and have just yourself in a premium workspace, and then have a free workspace that you invite several people to. But if you have a premium workspace and invite people, you'll be charged for them. However if you just invite them to a single board in that premium workspace, you won't be charged for them (that's called "workspace guests" if they're just part of one board)

2) To limit access of what people can change and edit, you'll need to set a user's role to "observer". This is only available in premium workspaces, so if you are adding people to only one board in the space, you won't be charged for them, but if you're adding them to multiple boards in that space, you will be charged for them.
