Hi Trello Community,
I have a very huge problem and hoping the experts here can help me. I have made the mistake of deleting a workspace instead of deleting another workspace. I was trying to fix and arrange my home page to make it easier to access the workspace intended for my virtual work.
Now, I can no longer open the said workspace and it says xxx is closed. To reopen this board, contact this board admin. However, I am the admin of the said workspace but I cannot open it anymore. Do you guys have any other suggestions on or remedies for this situation? I am in dire need of help and would really appreciate any help that can be provided.
Sincerely,
Aileen
Hi @Aileen Joy Patentes and welcome to the community,
Just to be aligned... you deleted a board and not a workspace, correct? Can you check if the board is located to "Closed Boards" section?
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it's really the workspace that I deleted. :(

Hmm.. but the message as you pasted it reference a board and not a workspace "xxx is closed. To reopen this board, contact this board admin"
If indeed you deleted a workspace, then I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no way to restore it:
Deleting a Workspace is permanent and there is no undo.

However as you will see on the above documentation, you can create a new workspace and restore there the closed boards.
