Accessing Big Picture

Hi there! I'm building out a board for my team, and I'd like to use Big Picture. I can see the button on the board, but when I click on it, I get the attached message, saying that my admin has to enable it. I have contacted my boss, who is the admin for the board, and she says she's enabled it. But I still get the access message. Hey Let Me In.pnge know Anyone know what we're doing wrong?

Thanks Vero, and these are great resources for once I'm able to access Big Picture. But it doesn't launch for me, and all of these tutorials start after it launches. Any troubleshooting tips for where to turn if I'm not able to get it to launch?

@Sarah Sailor  Hi Sarah, I found your post on launching Bip Picture.  Were you ever able to launch it?  I am having the exact problem.
