I looked at the email address in our mail logs, and it looks like there indeed was an email delivery problem due to this error message:
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
I've removed the block on our side and would like to ask you to try requesting the confirmation email again.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you go through the troubleshooting steps from this article: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/not-receiving-confirmation-emails-or-password-reset-emails/
I also suggest you remove your email address from the message as these posts are publicly visible 🙂
