スタンダードorプレミアムプラン変更について

①スタンダードプランに申し込んだ場合は全てのワークスペースのメンバー一人一人につき月1000件までのコマンド実行が可能になるのでしょうか?

または、ワークスペースやボード単位でコマンド数1000件という制限なのか、どちらでしょうか?

今まで25名程度が参加しているボードを無料で使用していましたが、自動コマンド実行が一人につき250件に到達する前に終了してしまっていたので、上記について疑問に思いました。

 

②25名程度のワークスペースに複数のボードを作成し、利用したいです。

管理者のみプレミアムプランで、他のユーザーはスタンダードor無料など、ユーザーの利用状況によりプランを組み合わせて利用することは可能でしょうか?

Hey @渡邉美里 - welcome to the Community!

I'll answer each of your questions as you've numbered them:

  1. The 1000 commands is pooled across the Standard workspace, so all your workspace members will need to share them. This is the same in free workspaces, the 250 command runs limit is pooled across the free workspace
  2. Unfortunately not. When you upgrade, you apply the upgrade to one workspace of your choice, and all the members of that workspace would be on the same subscription under that workspace. Subscriptions are applied to workspaces, not users. We also do not recommend having more than one workspace upgraded at a time.
