Не могу архивировать карточки, которые хранятся больше 3 месяцев

При выборе папки карточек, которые мне не нужны, я нажимаю кнопку "заархивировать", но процесс архивации стоит на месте. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как решить проблему? 2022-10-25_10-44-50.png
