Using Trello for implementing developing software

Hi - does anyone have any good suggestions on how they use Trello boards and lists for software development? We have cards for the tasks, but for specific fix items, we are considering using the labels as status..... considered using lists as different status's and move the cards around...... Looking for ideas and tips.
