sortable - by list
Filterable - member, date, etc
You may enjoy Team Table View! It's quite customizable in terms of filters for members, boards, lists, due dates, etc, though it doesn't present data in the same way as those other views, so I hear where you're coming from - thanks for your suggestion!
Would there be a power-up or add on which allows custom fields to appear in the Workspace Table View?
