Is it preferable to deactivate a user or remove them as a workspace member (or both)

Is it preferable to deactivate a user or remove them as a workspace member (or both) when an employee leaves the company?

Hello @Nicola Harvey ,

Welcome to the community. And I prefer both because the employee was already left the orgnization and when you are trying to deactivate him if there is any assigned tickets you need to change the assignee. And if you done the both there is no licence issues and cleanup will also improve the performance. And when you planing for a migration it may causes the problem. So prefer both.

Hope this will help you.

Regards,

Satya
