How to export your Trello data directly into Google Sheets

Edited

When you manage work in Trello, you often have to get project data out of the tool.

Managers want reports in spreadsheet form, external collaborators might not have access to your boards, and status reports in other tools still need Trello data.

But exporting data manually, cleaning it, and then importing it into Google Sheets is a ton of work. It’s also repetitive and prone to errors!

I want to introduce you to Unito's latest Power-Up Export & Sync, which provides a faster, easier way to get your data from Trello to Google Sheets.

In a few clicks, it will export your entire Trello board into Google Sheets. Your spreadsheet will then be updated in real-time whenever new cards are added or changed. That way, everyone has an up-to-date picture of progress at all times, without any of the manual effort.

You can watch a tutorial here and if you're interested, head over to our marketplace listing here

How Export & Sync works in 4 steps

Step 1: Launch it in Trello

Step 2: Connect and sync your tools with Unito

Step 3: Complete your export in Google Sheets
