Feature suggestion - Quote message

Hi,

It's a feature suggestion.

Would like to know why we can't natively quote message we response to on tickets ?

When I click to "response", only user mention is making but when we have a lot of users and subjects we are talking about on the same ticket... Total darkness !

Here's an example I imagine (Today I copy/paste my message and I use ">" before message)
