Did the JSON export change in Trello?

I was goind through a review process and exported my board to JSON as I have done before, but it no longer includes any cards - I just get the board details, prefs, and labels.  It used to contain all of the cards and their data, but I don't see it now or a way to include it.

Did this export change, is this a bug, or did I change a setting to not include them?

It seems like it was a maintenance issue, but it works fine now.
