Custom data fields linking to a dashboard

I am trying to manage the workflow of an estimating team and use custom data fields like, tender start, tender finish, tender value & resources etc.  I want to be able to pull the data from the custom fields into dashboard to see 

2022-2023 total tender value

2022-2023 total tenders value won 

2023-2023 total tender value per recourse etc.  

 

Can anyone help me, I have used amazing fields to create the fields (they don't have a $ field) but I don't know what to use to dashboard those fields.

You can use Bluecat Reports to create this, which supports custom fields...
