Better one on one using Trello and Flow Conversation Cue Cards to create your own agenda

Recently I discovered this post on the Atlassian Worklife site. https://www.atlassian.com/blog/inside-atlassian/1-on-1-meeting-tips

What caught my eye was this quote "When done on a consistent basis, 1-on-1 meetings create a foundation of understanding which increases effectiveness and aids team and individual growth....letting the team member drives 75 percent of the agenda and the manager 25 percent."

At Hargraves we have been researching better conversations when working anywhere. Here is our work https://www.hargraves.com.au/services/flow/ Our work agrees with the comment above. For better 1-on-1 meetings have the team member drive the agenda that works for them.

We have created a Trello template to try. Download and share our latest TeamPlay to reflect and re-energise teams to be better in 2023.

Feedback is greatly appreciated. Ping me at allanr@hargraves.com.au

Cheers
