cool overview @Soumyadeep Mandal - SaM thanks for sharing this. In the true spirit of agility is inspection and adaptation of the way how people work to deliver valuable products (and increments). COVID speeded up the change which was growing for last years and indeed it is becoming more important than before to find ways of engaging the teams, keep them productive and happy.
I wanted to share the list of templates that I find useful and apply (in this or slightly changed from depending on the context) while working with remote and distributed teams:
Ideal for supporting experimentation, trying out new ideas, and verifying assumptions. Especially useful in remote set up as it simply creates transparency and alignment among various team members + it brings a clear description of the experiment outcomes

What I see more and more is the distraction remote work creates among people. Distraction in the sense of separation, sometimes lack belonging. These are experiences people shared with me - sometimes they no longer feel like one team. It's no longer the same as it was when they all were (mostly) in the office.
To understand the overall condition of the Team this template can be used. It can be very supportive to trigger the "difficult" conversations too.

I also love various templates from Liberating Structures - they are truly helping people to engage and focus on diverse opinions. Out of those they have various games and templates described where one can see how to build group consensus. I believe while on remote it's crucial to have a method of engaging people and making it fun too.
