Deployments can introduce changes to services that cause major incidents. In this free webinar, we explored how to use Jira Service Management Cloud to resolve incidents faster and with less downtime.

Together we covered:

  • connecting a CI/CD tool to a service

  • creating and escalating an incident to a major incident

  • investigating the major incident to view the deployment history of the service that’s impacted

This webinar was created to help service project cloud administrators, Jira Cloud administrators, and other members of incident response teams such as IT support/ops managers, technical leads, developers, site reliability engineers, etc.
