Hi

I'm working through the basic ITSM Terms module and I think the wrong answer is captured as correct.  I believe the correct answer should be false - the descriptions are around the wrong way. Does anyone else agree?

Hi @natasha_donald ,

You're right. I passed it to Atlassian team and they'll fix it asap. Thank you!

I concurred with @Kate Pawlak [Appsvio] statement.  However, Incident Management in my option is focusing on handling the incidents and not proactively detect, analyze, and eliminate the causes.

The question is not properly stated...

Best, Joseph
