Did all of the previously free training on Atlassian University transition to Training for Jira?

I remember there used to be a LOT of free content on Atlassian University.  Unless I'm mistaken, this has transitioned over to Training for Jira, a paid Cloud app.

Is the free content elsewhere, and I'm just missing it?

Hi Rob!

I see that you're already in the capable hands of your partner manager who will undoubtedly get you moving in the right direction!

For future reference- and for others who may find this useful - there are a few resources to help you get started with Tempo Timesheets for Cloud:

"How to Set up Tempo Timesheets" playlist on our Tempo YouTube channel:

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLgYwuDZsqFAdlUgaIbGmh9P4gIhX8ZLwW

And these two topics in our Cloud documentation:

https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/setting-up-and-configuring-tempo-timesheets/first-steps-for-setting-up-tempo-timesheets.html

https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/get-started-with-tempo-timesheets/administrator-s-guide.html

Hope everything works out well!

If I remember correctly, there used to be more items, including how to get started in Zephyr and eazyBI

Hi @Edna Kruger ,

Since you're an instructional content specialist for Tempo I'm hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction.  I am trying to set up timesheets for a team in the cloud and absolutely nothing I do will work - I simply cannot configure this tool to work.  I've essentially flooded support with requests for help and I've only gotten references to documentation.

Is there a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for people who just absolutely cannot get started?

Hi, @Rob Horan. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the support you need. ☹️

Since you work for an Atlassian Solution Partner, our partner team ought to be able to provide, or get you, the help that you need.  I'll find out who the right person is and connect you with them.

UPDATE: It seems you've already reached out to your partner manager. I'm sure she'll get things sorted for you.
