Course that I passed shows I failed

I've completed Atlassian course accreditation. 2 courses that I passed still show I failed what do I do to get that changed??

If it's actually showing "failed", you might need to re-take the quiz at the end of the course and score the minimum points/percentage required.

Otherwise, are you able to paste a screenshot of the entire window with the error message?
