🤔 What’s on your Playlist? Share your favorite Learning content here!

đź‘‹ Hello, Community friends! Have you ever thought about the origins of the word “playlist”? The term started swirling about in the early days of radio when stations would put together a list of songs to play. Now, playlists are much more personal, and anyone can curate a list of favorite songs, movies, books, and more! (Does anyone else follow Obama's music and book playlists? đź™‹â€Ťâ™€ď¸Ź)

What’s this have to do with training? Well, Atlassian University has been busy over the past few months. First of all, we made all of our on-demand content FREE! 🎉 We’ve released Jira Software Board Configuration, ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations, and Atlassian Cloud Foundations--just to name a few. You might have also noticed that some of our on-demand content has a new look! We’ve been quietly modularizing our content so it’s more targeted, flexible, and consumable. Plus, it allows us to re-mix content into courses and paths that are “tailored” to specific roles and use cases.

With all this fresh, new, and FREE content, we would love to hear what’s on YOUR Atlassian University Playlist! Are you a developer who’s jamming out to the lessons in Supporting Your Flow State: Atlassian Tools & Practices for Developers? Or, maybe you’ve got a mix of learning paths you want to send to a co-worker? We want to know! Share your Atlassian Playlist for a chance to be featured in our next newsletter.

Here’s how to participate:

  1. Browse Atlassian University for your “playlist” content (Start by checking out our learning paths or exploring our free training)

  2. Choose 3-5 pieces of content to add to your playlist

    1. Can be any combination of learning paths, certifications, courses, or lessons

  3. Optional: Give your playlist a fun name!

  4. Post your playlist in the comments by May 19, 2024

Here’s an example:

Don’t have a playlist in mind? We’d still love to hear from you! Leave a comment in this post telling us what Atlassian University training you’ve been loving, and why.

We’ll feature our favorite playlists in the next newsletter! Happy training!

My favorite pre-created playlist is the free learning path: Improve your team’s collaboration! It always reminds me of this jam, haha! https://youtu.be/DykVJl6wr_4

I discovered that the links in the 2nd paragraph (Jira Software..., ITSM with... and Atlassian Cloud... have the message: Oops, looks like that link is broken. We couldn't find the page you were trying to visit. Please check the URL and try again
You might want to investigate that.

Hello everyone!

To prepare myself for my new role, I'm starting with the basics and participating in the Fundamental Jams which @Becky Mueller mentioned. Furthermore i added:

To gain a deeper understanding of Jira. These courses provide the perfect opportunity for me to learn and understand Atlassian's essential tools and methods.

Hi there,

To prepare for my new job and to get a better understanding of Atlassian products, I worked my way through the Fundamentals that @Kai Nastran _Decadis AG_ mentioned.

I also added to my playlist:

I recommend these jams to anyone who wants to become a pro at organizing their work and collaborating with others.
