HI @Kat Warner I have searched but not found the answer by myself. 
To become an Authorised Atlassian Instructor it would be via partner program, or there is any other way?

@Patricia Francezi - that is correct. To be an authorised instructor your workplace needs to be an Atlassian Training Partner.
