💬 Share a video testimonial about the Atlassian Team Playbook (and maybe win a prize)!

📣 Attention, Community friends! Have you recently facilitated a play from the Atlassian Team Playbook? Or, have you been meaning to run a play but need a little incentive? This is your chance! We want to hear from folks who have facilitated a play. There’s even a chance to win a prize and be featured on Community. Check out the details below to see how you can share your experience.

• 💬 WHAT: Share a video testimonial about your experience running a play from the Atlassian Team Playbook. 

  • It can be any play from the Playbook.

  • If you’re preparing to run a play, check out How to Shape Effective Teams and How to Build Strategic Guidance on Atlassian University. Together, these courses show you how to run 8 plays from the Atlassian Team Playbook.

• 🗓️ WHEN: Contest ends December 31, 2023

• 📹 HOW: We’re using a tool called Vouch to collect testimonials! It’s super easy to use, and you don’t even need to create an account. Here’s how to get started:

  • Access the testimonial request on Vouch.

  • Select the ‘Get started’ button.

  • Five questions will appear on the right. Select the ‘Record’ button on the first question.

  • Allow Vouch to access your camera and microphone. Then, select the Record button.

  • Record your response to the question. You can re-record as many times as you need.

  • Once you’re satisfied, move onto the next question!

  • When you’ve finished recording responses to all of the questions, accept the Terms & Conditions and select ‘Submit.’

  • Fill out your email and full name. Be sure to include an email where we can reach you if you’re selected for a prize or Community Showcase! Then, select ‘Submit.’

• ⭐ Want to prepare your answers before recording? Here’s what we’ll be asking on Vouch:

  • Introduce yourself, your role, and the name of the play you facilitated.

  • Tell us a little bit about the type of team you’re on, and the size of the team.

  • Why did you run this play with your team?

  • What are 1-3 things you learned after running this play?

  • What advice would you give to another person running this play?

🎁 Did somebody say “prizes??” You heard that right! Here’s what you can win for sharing a testimonial.

• ACA Certification vouchers. 5 lucky Community members who record a video testimonial will get a voucher for an ACA Certification of their choice. Winners will be determined by a random draw.

• A chance to be featured in the Community Showcase. We want to spotlight awesome use cases of the Atlassian Team Playbook. If we love your testimonial, we may reach out to you about a Community Showcase!

• Everyone who enters will earn a brand new Kudos badge!
