New Entry, No Users Error...

Ok, I'm just setting up the Team Calendars following this guide:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ATLAS/Dragons+Stage+4+-+Install+Team+Calendars+in+Confluence

Unfortunately when I go to create a new entry, there are now users found.

I have Confluence pointing to JIRA successfully, and I can create the Calendar - what gives? Must've just missed something but I can't figure it out.
