Dom Price shared some awesome principles and though provoking ideas yesterday at Summit regarding how we work. Traditionally the focus has been so much on efficiency that effectiveness is almost forgotten. Good stuff!

Yes, I agree. When I went through my MBA program, I took the wise words of one of my favorite professors to heart and use them to this day. To summarize, he said that when you talk about efficiency you also need to talk about effectiveness. Those two are bonded together.
