customized timeframe automated maintenance notifications?

Hello all - the current default automated reminders for maintenance is 60 minutes.

Is there a way to customize this?  Our team is looking to send automated reminders 3-5 days in advance.

I see that we can do this manually by sending an update inside the scheduled maintenance event, but was looking for a more automated option.

Hi Peter,

Hope you are well! Unfortunately, we do not have this kind of functionality in place however we do have a Feature request in our internal systems to allow more control over scheduled maintenance reminders. The ticket ID is STSPG-549 and we don't have any ETA on this one but it is in the system still gathering interest on this one.

This would be helpful for us as well. Our customers have requested more notifications prior to the event to make sure they are aware and prepared for our maintenance windows.
