By default, there are 4 following incident status name
Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved.
Can I change this status name to something else?

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Welcome to the community! Incident names cannot be changed natively in the application but if you have access to using custom code, determined by what tier service you have, you might be able to edit the names. While I don't have any examples due to the nature of custom code, we do have some examples of custom code here: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/css-and-javascript-snippets-for-customizations/
