Hello,
I've SSO enabled for Audience-specific page, created a group, and need to add users to the group to be able to view the component.
I've added the AD group to the application in Azure
Hi @Muhammed Ibrahim ,
As I understand, you wish to add users to Azure groups and wish to map these groups to particular components on your Statuspage.
In order to do this, you will need to add a group claim to your Azure SSO setup./ Once done, you can find the group you wish to map and use its Object ID as the external identifier in the group details of the Statuspage group. You should then see the Azure users synced to your Statuspage group and you should be able to map desired components to this group.
I also see that you are already working on this issue with my colleague Conner in the support ticket https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/47/SPSP-24083. As you have already discussed the issue in the ticket, I would suggest continuing the investigation through the support request. :)
However, please feel free to reach out to us if you're experiencing any issues and we'll be happy to help!
Thanks,
