Would it be possible to have reports extracted for service  availability for a specific duration from the atlassian status page ?

@Aditya Bansal unfortunately uptime and availability reports are not available in Statuspage. Statuspage is intended as a static reporting tool for incidents, outages and maintenance and does not (as of yet) have an underlying data layer that can provide historical reporting.
