Why can't I access my newly created statuspage site

I created a new (free) account and site as follows:
email: sys.nit.treas.statuspage_test@rich.frb.org
Site name: frbr-tsd-statuspage.atlasiann.net

I received a "congratulations' email that my site was all set up and ready to go. However when I clicked on the "Start working smarter" link, i was taken to a page with the following message:
Server not responding
The server gremlins strike again....those traps must not be working. Refresh this page or check back in a couple minutes to see if the problem resolves itself. If that doesn't work you can head back and try again.

Hi @FRBR National IT

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

Navigate to start.atlassian.com and the "Switch to" option and see if you can navigate to Statuspage.

Thanks,
Pramodh
