1. Which subscribers receive email for statuspage postmortems?
2. Is it all subscribers of incidents OR subscribers of components affected by the incident?
3. Is the postmortem assessable publicly on the statuspage.io website afterwards?
Hey Khoi,
Any page subscribers/incident subscribers would be notified of the post mortem being added to the page should the option to send notifications be enabled at the time of posting the post mortem to the resolved incident.
The post mortem will be accessible to anyone with page access, or so long as the end users have access to the incident should it be on an Audience Specific page.
Let me know if this clears everything up!
