What are the Unconfirmed subscribers?
Hi @Fanny Mauranges ,
When a user subscribes to any Statuspage, they are sent an email with a link to confirm their subscription. Until that step is completed, the user is an 'unconfirmed subscriber.'
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If a user uses an email distribution and they don't confirm their subscription, will they get removed or not get notices?

@Jamie Vaughn The process would be the same for distro lists, they would still need to activate the subscription by confirming - they would remain in 'unconfirmed' status.

Understood, when unconfirmed does that also limit the type of communication they receive until they are confirmed?
