User not subscribed but still receiving emails

A user was previously subscribed to statuspage, but has continued to receive emails after unsubscribing. How can we disable the email notifications for this user?

Hi @Caleb Bolden 

The user should get a confirmation email after unsubscribing like the one below:

Keep in mind, it will be specific to the page they subscribed to. If the user was subscribed to more than one page, they would need to unsubscribe to each one, individually. If they did't get that email for the page that they are getting notifications from, have then try unsubscribing again. If the issue persists, please have the user open a ticket with our support team so we can look up the email address.
