At the moment, we have set up the Statuspage with the standard layout option and have added our own logo. However, we would like to hide the ‘Subscribe to updates’ button on the page so that users can only subscribe to ongoing incidents.

We hide the ‘Subscribe to updates’ button using code as described on the page:

https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/use-custom-html-on-a-status-page/

When we use this custom code, it causes the logo to no longer be visible. Is it possible to use the custom code to hide the Subscribe button and also display the logo on the page? If so, how does this work?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Rick,

This code replaces all the headers, so you must re-insert your logo within the code and not from the GUI anymore.

I would recommend you to use this code instead:

https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/css-and-javascript-snippets-for-customizations/#Remove-the-subscribe-button

It applies only to the Subscribe button and not the header. I hope that helps!
