I try to cancel Statuspage from within the Statuspage UI. It asks me some survey questions. I answer these survey questions, then it redirects me to the StatusPage marketplace landing page, where I am prompted to Log in.... then i am redirected to Atlassian Admin ... where I'm told that I must cancel Statuspage from within Statuspage UI.... and the whole loop starts over again

Thank you for contacting us about this. I recommend raising a ticket with the Customer Advocates, and they can help get your site canceled.
Select either My Account or Billing/Licensing options, and that should get you to their queue.
