Trace user activity on the Status Page\Write events

Hi,

After my page is live, I want to be able to set KPIs for it, and see the achievements we made.

For example, how many:

  • visitors the page had (Not just by Google analytics)
  • Clicked "Subscribe" to specific incident
  • Expanded a product for nested services list
  • clicked "historical incidents button"
  • etc
  1. Are there fixed page events i can read from somewhere?
  2. Can i add my own events?

Thanks

Hi @Yuval Or -

We have a page analytics feature that provides insight into your page performance with subscriber data. You can find more information about this feature here: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/what-are-page-analytics/.

The page analytics feature currently does not offer all of the aspects you pointed out like adding your own events, but we're open to making a feature request if you reach out to us through the support portal: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/.

Hi @Mark Campbell-Vincent ,

Thanks for you answer.

Unfortunately the subscription analytics is not enough.

More over, it doesn't show subscribers for specific incidents.

I will try opening a feature request, hopefully it will promote better event management on the Status Page.

Thx.
