In addition to the email customization feature that allows adding footer and changing colors, is there an option either by the Statuspage or an external tool to customize the email template, mainly the subject?
for example, the Postmortem email is sent like an incident and creates lots of confusion, the notified audiences think it is an incident notification.

I understand you are looking for customizable email templates with a descriptive subject for end-users. Unfortunately, at the moment, the only customization available is specific to the Footer message, change in color, logo & "send from email".
However, we have a feature request to add more email customization ability to our Statuspage product, and the ticket ID is STATUS-156.
We will keep you posted if there are any updates on this because the ticket doesn't provide any public access to our customers.
