Scehuling Maintenace through automation email

I would like to be able to created a scheduled maintenance for a component on my status page using outlook to send using my components automation email address, and I am not sure how to do that, and my trial and error attempts have been unsuccessful. 

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hey @Daniel Michaels ,

Thanks for reaching out. Abe with Statuspage support. Unfortunately there is no way to do this via email. You'll have to either use the API  or the UI in Statuspage admin console to create an maintenance.
