For 4 days the SSL for our statuspage is still not working. The status keeps saying SSL is being provisioned for your account. What can we do to resolve this as this is preventing us to go live.

This usually happens when there is an issue propagating the SSL certificate to you page.
Are you using a paid plan? If yes, I strongly suggest you raise a ticket with Atlassian Support so they can better assist you.
